SUMo or Software update Monitor is  a free program, that allows users to check for updates to software of their choosing. SUMo constantly monitors for updates and downloads them when available. Its better than the internal auto-update that most software has because that only kicks in when said program is started, while SUMo will monitor all the time, and can keep you up to date without the annoying search through websites
When you fire up SUMo for the first time, it scans the pc for available software and then notifies for updates.
